With over 40 years of experience in the construction and design-build industry, Mike Soliday brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Melton Design Build team. His diverse educational background includes studies at Metro State, the University of Phoenix, and IAP Career College, coupled with extensive on-the-job learning. Mike holds PMP and OSHA 30 Hour certifications and has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and government work. A standout project in his career was at Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska, where he led the installation of eight miles of underground power lines to transition the park from diesel generators to hydroelectric power—a project that combined his professional skills with his love for national parks.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and capturing nature through photography. He’s also a dedicated family man, having been married for 17 years with a blended family of 10 grandkids, two dogs, and two horses.
