Ryan brings six years of experience in construction and project management to the Melton Design Build team. He earned his journalism degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst but found his true passion in the construction industry. With certifications in OSHA 10 and Lead Safe Renovation, Ryan has honed his skills both as a project manager for a real estate development firm and as a carpenter working on residential homes. His work on 18th century colonial homes in New England stands out as a highlight of his career, showcasing his ability to bring historic structures back to life. Ryan’s favorite part of the remodel and design-build industry is seeing his work come together into a tangible structure, a process that continues to fuel his passion for the craft.
Originally from Western Massachusetts and Northern Vermont, Ryan now enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado has to offer. Outside of work, he’s an avid mountain biker, hiker, and guitar player, and he also enjoys training his two dogs.
