Amy joined the Melton Design Build team in 2022 as a staff carpenter. In addition to her carpentry skills, she is a licensed professional counselor having received her BA from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, and an MA from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. She was drawn to carpentry for the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment that comes with completing projects.
Amy enjoys being outdoors and in nature as much as possible in her free time. Her pastimes include cooking, gardening, and collecting records. She lives in Longmont with her loving wife, teenage children, and Boston terriers.
