Andy M.
Production ManagerAndy brings 17 years of professional experience to the Melton Design Build team. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a BA in philosophy and holds a Master of Theological Studies in East Asian Buddhism from Harvard Divinity School. She has extensive home remodeling experience and is a Certified Green Builder, EPA Lead Certified (RRP), has completed Situational Leadership Training I & II, and is a Procore Certified Project Manager and Superintendent. Prior to Melton, Andy worked extensively in the San Francisco Bay area. Her work has been featured in Luxe Interiors+Design magazine.
Andy met her wife Pema in graduate school and they co-parent a Westie pup named Lambchop. Outside of Melton, Andy enjoys woodworking, skateboarding, songwriting, hiking, CrossFit, and Shotokan Karate. She previously served as the co-captain for the US National Shotokan Karate where she traveled the globe and competed in karate contests.
