Darin brings over 25 years of project development experience to the Melton team, specializing in commercial tenant improvements and healthcare. Originally from Garden City, Kansas, he received his degree from Kansas State University and is NCIDQ certified. No project is too small or too large; whether it’s a cozy 400 sq ft space or an expansive 120,000 sq ft complex, Darin dedicates the same meticulous attention to every detail.
Darin has been married to his loving wife for 17 years and they have two children together plus a rescue pup. When he’s not working with clients, you can often catch Darin on the golf course; he has played for over 40 years but never had a hole-in-one! We’re still rooting for ya, Darin. Off the links, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with his family.
