Joanne brings 25 years of experience in the construction and design-build industry to the Melton team. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, she has extensive experience working on both commercial and residential/multi-family projects. Known for her high integrity, dedication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Joanne takes pride in being part of projects that grow from conception to completion, delivering results that exceed clients’ expectations. In addition to her industry expertise, Joanne is also a certified notary.
A Colorado native, Joanne spent a few years living outside Seattle, WA, but has deep roots in her home state. Married to her high school sweetheart for 32 years, she enjoys spending time with their two adult sons who live in Colorado Springs. Joanne loves traveling and exploring new places and cultures, whether it’s visiting the clear waters and beaches of the Gulf and Caribbean or going 4-wheeling in her Jeep Wrangler. She also shares her home with a 9-year-old Husky named Nymeria, named after one of the wolves from “Game of Thrones.”
