Josie brings six years of combined experience in the construction, design, and home improvement industries to her role as Customer Experience Specialist at Melton. A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Graphic Design, Josie pairs her creative expertise with a strong focus on client and community engagement. Her career has included managing marketing programs and coordinating unforgettable events, such as CycleJam at the Aggie Theatre. Josie’s attention to detail, collaborative nature, and passion for creating exceptional experiences make her a key contributor to Melton’s mission of enhancing every client journey.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Josie has made Fort Collins, CO, her home for nearly five years. She shares her life with her fiancé, Phil, and their rescue dog, Charlie, an orange pittie mix who holds a special place in their hearts. Outside of work, Josie enjoys cooking, hiking, vintage shopping, traveling, working out, and experiencing live music. A fun fact about Josie: she was a competitive swimmer before taking a leap of faith to pursue her passion for art and design.
