Paul joined the Melton Design Build team with a background in project management and a passion for transforming residential spaces. He earned his MS in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Denver, following a decade in digital advertising post-production. One of Paul’s most memorable projects involved hand-milling and installing custom live-edge shelves for a client’s prized collection of German steins—a project that left a lasting impression on him.
Originally from Massachusetts, Paul moved to Colorado to pursue a more balanced and fulfilling career. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, their two young dogs, and their newborn son. Known for his curiosity and process-driven mindset, Paul loves sharing his knowledge with clients who are eager to learn more about the craft and techniques behind their projects.
