Ronnie brings eight years of experience in the construction industry to the Melton team. A graduate of the Colorado Carpenters Union Local 555 program in 2016, he has worked on both commercial and residential projects, specializing in warranty and production work. One of his most memorable projects involved collaborating with a restaurant owner to completely overhaul a bar using scrap wood found on-site, transforming an eyesore into a stunning centerpiece. Ronnie’s passion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of every project he tackles.
A Colorado native, Ronnie loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s snowboarding, skating, mountain biking, or playing competitive paintball—a sport he’s pursued for over 13 years. He’s married to his wife, Jules, and they share their home with their pet, Wylee. A fun fact about Ronnie: he once spent a year living in a mountainside lodge, which came with the added perk of a free ski pass!
