Thayne brings six years of experience in the construction and design-build industry to the Melton team. He studied Aircraft Maintenance Technology at Idaho State University and holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certification, which reflects his strong technical background. Thayne has worked on a variety of projects, including commercial and residential builds, with a particular expertise in cabinetmaking and millwork. One of his most unique projects involved the installation of commercial architectural millwork clouds—a complex undertaking that required meticulous coordination and months of preparation.
Originally gaining experience in Idaho, Montana, and Colorado, Thayne is known for his attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, and studying plants and nutrition. Thayne is also a writer, blending his hands-on work with a love for the written word.
