Shannon joined the Melton team in January 2018 as an administrative assistant, where she enjoyed greeting clients with a smile and supporting the team. In her new role as warranty coordinator, she helps our clients transition into the post-construction phase of their projects and facilitates Melton’s signature Red Carpet Warranty program.
Shannon is a Midwest girl from Iowa but has lived in Colorado since 1996 where she raised her kids who are now grown and flown. Being an empty nester is the best! There was a short stint of living in New Zealand for two years, which will forever be one of the most amazing life experiences.
Travel is one of her favorite things as well as cooking, reading, hiking, paddleboarding and being with friends.
