Neat and Tidy
If you’ve ever had a remodeler who didn’t take special care to contain the project’s dust and dirt and keep it from traveling to the rest of your home, you will really appreciate the fact that Melton crews make a special effort to keep the worksite safe, clean and, most importantly, keep dust and dirt confined to the work area. Plus, we clean the work area daily and post our job site rules that all Melton employees and subcontractors must follow.
Like Family
More than half the homes we work in have children and/or pets living at home while the project is underway. We don’t assume that the children or pets will exercise the same good sense as the adults in the home, so we’ve developed procedures geared towards their needs and safety.

After Construction
Peace of Mind
Melton’s Red Carpet Warranty ensures you’ll be happy with all the details of your project. We’ll call you to schedule warranty visits three, six, and twelve months after your project is complete to check in on your project. We’ll test smoke alarms, touch up grout and caulk, inspect behind your refrigerator or washing machine for water leaks and other things. We invest the time in this because it’s important to us that everything is just right, and you are happy with your remodel.
We also offer small project and home maintenance service through our Home Care & Repair department, as an exclusive service for our previous clients, long after your project is complete.
