Commercial Tenant Improvement
The focus of this commercial tenant finish project was to convert what once was a bank into an innovative medical facility that will support the Boulder Community Health mission to create and care for the healthiest community in the nation. With custom woodwork and details throughout, the new space is built for accessibility.
Enhanced Exam Rooms
The new and improved facility boasts 20 comfortable exam rooms carefully planned and placed to increase visit efficiency and reduce wait times.
Productive Pods
Throughout the building there are 10 “Doctor Pods,” or centralized connecting offices that facilitate and increase team collaboration.
Sunny Skylights
Indoor skylights were added to increase the amount of natural light that filters into the office.
Revamped Vault
An onsite lab with a pass-through window into a bathroom that was once a bank vault makes this facility stand out.
Healthy Haven
A brand new Wellness Program dedicated facility includes 5 exam rooms, 2 offices, a lab, and a breakroom.
