Since 2003, our design-build process has helped bring clarity and consistency to every stage of a project. With architecture, design, and construction working as one team, clients know what to expect, who to turn to, and how their project is moving forward.

Our in-house architecture and design teams help shape spaces that are both beautiful and practical. In the Melton Design Center, clients can explore hundreds of materials, finishes, and product samples with guidance from designers who understand the full project.

That integration continues into construction. Our employee-led team works alongside trusted trade partners, giving us greater continuity from the earliest ideas through the final details.

Our work has been recognized for excellence in architecture, design, construction, and business practices, including Remodeling Magazine’s Big50 Award.

We have also invested in the training and certifications that help homes perform at their best. Melton was the Boulder area’s first remodeling firm to earn Building Analyst Professional Certification from the Building Performance Institute and is among a small number of Energy Star certified general contractors in Colorado.

Just as important, we are proud to be part of the communities we serve. Our long-standing relationships with local organizations reflect our belief that building better extends beyond the projects themselves. As Colorado’s first B Corp-certified remodeler, we’re committed to using business as a force for good.
