See What We Did for Your Neighbors
We recently completed a whole-house refresh for one of your neighbors, focusing on key areas such as the wet bar, entry, and mudroom. Our approach ensured that every detail was meticulously planned and executed to create a seamless and sophisticated update.
Wet Bar
We transformed an underused area into a classy third-floor wet bar, perfect for entertaining. The space features a Cambria Smithfield quartz countertop, Cambria Ironsbridge backsplash, and custom floating shelves with LED lighting. We also integrated plumbing for a new sink, faucet, and appliances, ensuring both functionality and style.
Entryway
We utilized the space under the stairs to create a custom-built storage system with door and drawer access from the entry side. The new slatted wall and glide-by cabinet add visual interest and practicality, with black-painted backgrounds and natural finish white oak slats.
Mudroom
Our team designed a vacuum niche and installed custom Eclipse cabinetry, providing much-needed storage in an otherwise overlooked space. The mudroom also received a Cambria Smithfield countertop and built-in shelving to keep everything organized.
Custom Finishes
Throughout the project, we paid close attention to detail, reusing and repurposing elements like baseboards to maintain the home’s character while introducing modern updates. New flooring, interior trim, and paint were carefully selected to complement the existing decor.
