This whole home remodel in South Boulder brings a quiet confidence to every corner of the house. Designed for a busy family with an eye for clean lines and natural materials, the project focused on elevating function while maintaining a sense of warmth and livability. From the kitchen and family room to the bathrooms and laundry, each space was approached with intention—resulting in a cohesive home that feels modern, calm, and unmistakably personal.
Form & Flow
In the kitchen, soft white perimeter cabinets are paired with a white oak island for a balanced, natural feel. Light quartz countertops add brightness and durability, while a full-height backsplash behind the range keeps the palette clean and cohesive. Brushed gold plumbing and hardware fixtures add a touch of elegance, rounding out a design that feels both grounded and refined.
Layered With Intention
Across the home, a warm palette of white oak, brushed gold, and soft white finishes creates a sense of cohesion and calm. In the powder room, dramatic botanical wallpaper pairs with a white oak vanity and brushed gold fixtures for a bold, modern look. The kids’ bath offers contrast with rich blue walls, patterned tile, and matte black plumbing, anchored by a fluted wood vanity. Throughout the main level, updated surfaces, a new fireplace surround, and glass-paneled French doors in the office continue the home’s clean, connected feel.

In the primary bath, soft materials and clean finishes create a space that feels both modern and serene.
