Boulder Foothills Remodel
This gorgeous home in the Boulder foothills received a significant refresh from Melton in 2019. The layout of the existing kitchen simply wasn’t working for the homeowners and they were unsure how to best utilize the space. Fortunately, the architecture and design teams at Melton excel at reimagining and reclaiming interior spaces.
Open & Bright
The process began by removing a non-structural wall which opened up the kitchen to the living area and allowed for the construction of an oversized island. The quartz countertops pair perfectly with the maple cabinetry and complement the rich oak floors throughout.
Abundant Natural Light
High-end appliances make cooking and cleaning a breeze in this modern space. The industrial-style pendant light fixtures accent the stainless steel appliances and supplement the abundant natural light creating a comfortable and inviting space.
Tranquil Retreat
The primary bath also received a major overhaul featuring an extended vanity with double faucets, a serene free-standing soaking tub, and a zero-threshold shower.
