At center stage is our new pergola – a marvel in steel with a sleek, modern twist. It’s not just a pretty face; equipped with infrared heaters and wet-rated lighting, it’s the year-round party hotspot (hello, endless summer nights!). Just beneath, our patio, crafted with wet set pavers, boasts a stone veneer half wall complete with an integrated grill. It’s the ultimate open-air lounge, seamlessly connected to the lower level, offering a smooth flow for those “just one more story” evenings.
Bye-Bye Non-functional Indoor Pool
Speaking of the lower level, wave goodbye to the old indoor pool and say hello to a swanky new entertainment and bedroom area. This space now flaunts a media center (movie nights, anyone?), a sleek wet bar, and a cozy bedroom with a walk-in closet. And for the fitness enthusiasts, we’ve added a brand new bathroom and workout space.
