Our Process
1. Introductory Phone Call – we’ll discuss your project goals, get to know your personal design style, and answer any questions you may have.
2. In-Home Meeting – your project designer will tour the space, take measurements, refine the scope of work, and discuss a ballpark budget range.
3. Two to Three Design Meetings – meet with your project designer to review the design options, choose materials, and review plans, selections, and pricing.
4. Construction – complete a pre-construction meeting with your team to discuss the construction timeline and expectations. Throughout construction, we’ll keep you updated on progress. You’ll also witness the high level of craftsmanship that goes into every detail, which is guaranteed by our industry-leading two-year proactive warranty.
