Michele brings 22 years of residential remodeling experience to the Melton team, including 4 years working as a carpenter before moving into production management and project development. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Michele worked as a wilderness instructor with Outward Bound before moving to Boulder in 2000 and transitioning to the construction industry. Michele is a creative problem solver who loves the unique challenges of residential remodeling and helping her clients achieve their goals.
Michele lives in Boulder with her two teenage daughters and is an avid outdoorsperson who enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and climbing Boulder’s Flatirons. She’s a ride leader with the Petunia Mafia bike team and holds several Strava QOMs (Queen of the Mountain!) in mountain biking.
